This is a top recipe! Everybody loves it so I have to make two each time! Does anybody know if it can be frozen? Maybe I'd make three at a time then

I love this rhubarb cake recipe its brill… it also works really well with apples when your out of rhubarb – both are now my favourite cakes and all my family and friends love it.

A lovely desert. Very easy to make although I had to increase the cooking time by about 15 minutes
