Onion Fritters Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) medium sized onions
- Milk
- Seasoned flour
- Fat for frying
Method:
- Peel and slice the onions thinly into rings.
- Dip the slices in milk and then in seasoned flour.
- Fry in deep hot fat until crisp and golden brown,
- Drain well onto crumpled kitchen roll and serve hot.
