Onion Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) medium sized onions
  • Milk
  • Seasoned flour
  • Fat for frying

Method:

  1. Peel and slice the onions thinly into rings.
  2. Dip the slices in milk and then in seasoned flour.
  3. Fry in deep hot fat until crisp and golden brown,
  4. Drain well onto crumpled kitchen roll and serve hot.
