Recipe for Yogurt and Coriander Dip (for Asparagus)

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Greek style yogurt.
- 1/2 Cup each of good mayo & whipping cream.
- Zest & juice of 1? limes (or 1 lemon + tea spoon of caster sugar).
- 1/2 Cup each of chopped freash parsley & coriander.
- 1 and a half Table spoons of good olive oil.
- 1 Tablel spoon finely chopped green olives (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste.
Method
Whisk together all ingredients & chill for 1 hour + then correct seasoning. (mixture can be thinned by adding more juice)
