		<description>That&#039;s a nice recipe Grannie D - for those of you out there who aren&#039;t partial to cinnamon (weirdos!) a light sprinkling of Cayenne Pepper adds a nice bit of spice when serving.

As with all chilli (which is what cayenne pepper is) start with a little and add more if you need it!</description>
