This is really nice and an easy recipe to follow. I would make one suggestion though and that is not to put two teaspoons of cayenne pepper in. One is more than enough.

Made this last year. Out of 14 different Chutney/pickles this one was rated BEST by everybody!! Simplest of all to make and easy ingredients. I used a glut of cherry/plum tomatoes that did NOT need peeling. Making much more this year..including an experimental batch using Balsamic vinegar (got 5 litres very cheap)
First tasting most good!!!
