casserole, or put them in a stew, &amp; as I grew &quot; bolder &quot; I would steam various veg ( etc carrots / spinach , mix each &quot; colour with some  egg &amp; fresh herbs , then &quot; layer in a loaf tin , Into a &quot; bain marie&quot; &amp; into oven 
180c  approx  20 / 30 minutes. 
I had French vegetarian visitors &amp; this was very popular!!! 
( Like a Tagine)Just a few ideas for any one growing this vegetable!!!</description>
