I'll be making it again for the allotment open day. I can't believe the cake is so moist and fruity tasting, I did have to cook it for slighly longer than the recipe stated and I had to guess how to toast and 'skin' hazelnuts but it was worth it. Now to try 'aubergine and chocolate tray bake'... Made the cake this morning…its lunchtime now and I've eaten 3 pieces!! I'll be making it again for the allotment open day.
