Fried Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 ozs (50g) plain flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 ozs (50g) butter
Method:
- Wash the caulifower and divide into florets.
- Cook in boiling salted water until just tender.
- Drain well.
- Lightly cover the florets with flour and dip into beaten egg.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the florets and fry until brown.
