Fried Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 ozs (50g) plain flour
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 ozs (50g) butter

Method:

  • Wash the caulifower and divide into florets.
  • Cook in boiling salted water until just tender.
  • Drain well.
  • Lightly cover the florets with flour and dip into beaten egg.
  • Heat the butter in a pan, add the florets and fry until brown.

 

Serves 4
