any idea what size tin?
This recipe is so easy and turned out really impressive. Loved the spices and the apple kept the cake moist. Will be baking it again soon.
Probably a 23 cm springform tin; its similar in quantity and ingredients to a Ramsey and a Oliver recipe.
Mine is in a 23 cm tin at 40 mins and has risen nicely but not looking like its going to flow over
I love this recipe! Amazingly squidgy and delicious, set to be a family favourite, thanks for sharing!
