A large tilling width of 26" will cater for market garden type areas but if a working width of 18" is more suitable you can remove the outer tines. A powerful Briggs and Stratton 6hp petrol engine is linked to the tines through a heavy duty primary belt drive with a jockey pulley clutch. The secondary drive to the tines is via a heavy duty roller chain drive. Large transport wheels can be folded out of the way with a spring pin locking system when the tiller is in use while an easy to adjust steel depth-skid will ensure accurate tilling.
