Tayberry Canes

Tayberry Canes

Fruit Trees, Nut Trees and Fruit Bushes

If you are going to plant a tree or bush, then it is going to be there for some years. So it's well worth spending some time looking at the different varieties and going for something that will be productive and providing you with a good crop in years to come. Time spent to prepare the ground properly will repay you many times over.

Tayberry Buckingham

A first-class spineless variety that overcomes the prickliness which was the major drawback with the traditional Tayberry. With delicious berries up to 5cm (2") long, this is an impressive dessert fruit - wait until the fruits turn from red to deep purple to appreciate the flavour at its best. Plant 2.4m (8') apart.
