So it's well worth spending some time looking at the different varieties and going for something that will be productive and providing you with a good crop in years to come. Time spent to prepare the ground properly will repay you many times over. Redcurrant RovadaExtend the season with this latest ripening redcurrant. The large fruit is produced in profusion on huge 'strigs', from mid July through August - producing up to 2.5kg (6 lb) from a single mature plant in a season.
