Almond - Sweet Almond Mandaline

Pretty blossom, delicious nuts A sweet almond that is truly adapted to our British climate! Mandaline comes from the latest breeding program in France and does not flower until mid April when most of the harsher weather has passed. The delicious nuts, which fall from the tree through autumn, are soft shelled and much easier to crack than some. Trees are self-fertile. Will be despatched in November 2009, weather permitting; alternatively despatch will be February/March 2010.

Almond Robijn

Robijn is a sweet Almond produced on a very ornamental tree bearing showy, light pink blossom in spring which may need protecting from frost. Grafted on a peach seedling rootstock so it is advised not to plant near peaches as hybridisation may occur resulting in bitter nuts. Very resistant to peach leaf curl. Self fertile.
