If you’ve been turning out wholegrain loaves that are as heavy as a brick, Dough Improver is the answer. Just a couple of teaspoons makes the difference. It gives a lighter loaf with a better texture and makes bread more consistent with fewer air pockets. Transforms wholewheat and rye mixes, or recipes that call for heavy ingredients like fruit or cheese.
