Uniformly chops fruit, vegetables, nuts, herbs and more using a manual pull-cord system that works like a spinning top, it creates results as precise as an electric chopper Depending on the food, pull 5-6 times to coarsely chop; 7-12 for a medium chop; and 13-20 for a fine chop – you can even purée with a few more pulls.
A patented stainless steel blade chops even the chunkiest pieces of food. Includes a booster arm that attaches to the blade to lift lighter food such as herbs for efficient chopping. Comes with a drying basket to spin small amounts of herbs, and a whipping blade for cream and salad dressing. Handle folds flat for tidy storage.
