Emile Henry, makers of the finest French ceramics since 1850, have crafted an absolutely wonderful pie dish that is just waiting to be filled with apple pie or fruit crumble. Fired at 1150°C, the glaze is so hard-wearing you can cut on it without scratching, and you’ll be amazed by how easy it is to clean.

Freezer, microwave and oven safe to 250°C.
