Tarte Tatin Dish
A must have mould for making Tarte Tatin, the classic French upside-down apple tart. The non-stick coated aluminium tin is especially thick to ensure even heat distribution as you caramelise sugar and butter on the hob. Once you’ve added the apples to the caramel, and topped with pastry, transfer to the oven, and bake to golden perfection. Recipe included.
