Tri-Ply Wok
For fast and even results when stir-frying, this triple-layered wok incorporates new technology in its design. Within the hard-wearing stainless steel body is an inner core of aluminium, which extends right up the sides of the wok, for excellent heat conduction, without any cool spots. The tempered glass lid helps retain heat when braising or steaming, particularly good for fish. During and after cooking, you'll really appreciate the silicone-coated handles, and the inner layer of DuPont™ Teflon® Platinum non-stick, which is metal utensil-friendly and makes for much easier clean-up afterwards.
