For improved hygiene and prevention of flavour transfer, separate preparation areas are recommended when preparing different foods: red for raw meat, blue for raw fish, green for raw veg, and yellow for cooked food.

Our opaque jewel-coloured boards have Santoprene® handles and strips for a sure grip, whilst the polypropylene surface is friendly to knives.
