This compact Composting Wormery has been developed to make high quality compost quickly, easily, cleanly & as naturally as possible & is supplied complete with everything you'll need - except the kitchen waste! - to start composting straight away - it couldn't be simpler!

Contents:

• Recycled, black plastic housing - just 2'4¾" (73cm) high, 1'7¾" (48cm) diameter it will fit conveniently into any small space.
• 1000 native British composting worms - eating up to half their own body weight a day they are natures fastest composters & by continually eating through the new waste they reduce the build up of unpleasant odours usually associated with traditional composting methods.

Compost forms in the three, 25 litre interchangeable trays which make the body of the wormery. The bottom tray contains 25 litres of compost when formed; simple remove the compost from the tray & place back at the top of the wormery ready to accept fresh waste. You don't have to touch the worms as these will be living in the trays still containing edible waste.

A tap at the base of the wormery enables you to easily collect the highly concentrated liquid fertiliser which forms during the composting process.
