A set of six high quality, rigid Half Seed Trays robust enough to be cleaned and reused season after season.

Ideal for sowing smaller quantities of seeds.

Double drainage holes in the base prevent seedlings from becoming water logged and enables them to be used efficiently on water matting or capillary matting.

To encourage germination and growth, purchase the Half Seed Tray Covers. Available as a pack of six, these clear ventilated covers fit snugly over the trays helping to increase compost temperatures and retain moisture.

For ease of handling, you can fit two Half Seed Trays inside one standard sized seed tray. They are strong enough to be used in any heated propagator - for example the Small Propagator Base will hold four Half Seed Trays.

For easy watering the trays can be used with a plastic gravel tray or self watering tray - for example a 39" (100cm) long x 16" (40cm) wide self watering tray will hold up to eight Half Seed Trays.
