High quality, rigid Seed Trays manufactured by Stewarts Plastics. They are very hardwearing, enabling them to be easily cleaned and reused season after season.
Ideal for cuttings or growing plants until they are ready to plant out.
Can also be used to hold a wide range of smaller seed trays or pots for ease of handling.
Double drainage holes in the base prevent seedlings or cuttings from becoming water logged and enables them to be used efficiently on water matting or capillary matting.
Dimensions: 15" (38cm) long x 9?" (24cm) x 3" (8cm) deep.
Supplied as a pack of 4 or 6 trays. Sturdy enough to be used on a variety of propagators (for example four will fit on the Quadruple Propagator) and are used in our Seed Tray Racks.
For easy watering the trays can be used with a plastic gravel tray or self watering tray - for example a 39?" (100cm) long x 16" (40cm) wide self watering tray will hold up to four Seed Trays.
To encourage germination and growth, purchase the Seed Tray Covers. Available as a pack of four or six, these clear ventilated covers fit snugly over the trays helping to increase compost temperatures and retain moisture. |
