Design
Designed and manufactured at Two Wests and Elliott, our range of high quality Easy Access products have been developed to make the best use of space available whilst helping to provide the correct environment for healthy plant growth, hardening off or over-wintering.
Frame
The sturdy structures of the range are created using frameworks of 16 gauge maintenance-free, lightweight aluminium bolted together with aluminium round head bolts and nuts.
Glazing
The Cold Frames and Mini Greenhouse combine these high quality structures with glazing of almost clear, 4mm thick double-skinned polycarbonate. Virtually unbreakable, this safe, shatterproof glazing is UV stabilised and has a life expectancy of approx. 10 years.
The air gap formed by the two layers of polycarbonate sandwiched together creates effective insulation properties, helping to keep plants warm in the winter, cool in the summer. Glazing on all sides and top allows for excellent light transmission, helping to prevent plants becoming 'drawn' or 'leggy'. |
