A high quality, easy to operate compact Camplex Soil Steriliser enabling you to heat your soil simply and cleanly thus 'sterilising' it ready for planting.
Designed for amateur gardeners, small plant nurseries or educational establishments, it's simple to operate.
By heating soil to 180? Fahrenheit (86.6? Centigrade) soil-borne pests, diseases and weed seeds are destroyed without harming the beneficial bacteria, helping to promote healthy plant growth.
A 7" (18cm) probe Dial Thermometer is supplied capable of withstanding the high operating temperature.
Complete with a 6'7" (2 metre) and moulded plug attached for simple installation.

34 Litre (1.5KW) - 27?" (70cm) long, 11" (27.5cm) wide and 23" (58.5cm) high.
64 Litre (3KW) - 27?" (70cm) long, 19?" (49cm) wide and 29" (74cm) high.

Easy To Operate.
Add the soil to be treated at the top of the unit. A special aluminium panel 1.5KW element (two elements are used in the 68 litre / 3KW model) in the Steriliser heats the soil to a uniform temperature - it takes only approx. 90 minutes to treat 34 litres (8 gallons or approximately 4 buckets full) of soil.
The sterilised soil is removed through the bottom of the unit - allow the soil to cool rapidly and store in clean conditions before use. |
