		<description>I HAVE JUST GOT MYSELF A HALF ALLOTMENT IN TEESSIDE.IT HAD NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO, FOR OVER 3YRS.HAVING BURNT ALL THE RUBBISH. AND SPRAYED WITH WEED KILLER.THEN ROTAVATED IT..
MY QUESTION IS..THE SOIL IS QUITE HARD-CLAY AND NEEDS A GOOD FURTILIZER. I DO NOT WANT TO PUT ANY ( COW-MANUARE )INTO THE SOIL.....PLEASE ADVIZE.JOE</description>
