What a month. The weather ranged from boiling to freezing (well it felt like it) but I had everything under control at one point!

Some success and some disaster, the usual gardening mix.

Towards the end of the month, we started touring the other allotments in the area. Interesting to see how the other sites are run.

Potato harvest continues. The last half row of the first early Orla had a good yield but the recent rain has spurred the slugs into a feeding frenzy - hardly any are untouched. ...more
