Starting Garlic in Pots

Garlic is an easy crop to grow. Ideally you should plant out in November or December to get a good crop by midsummer but if you're behind, as I am this year, there is a way around it.

Starting your garlic off in pots will enable them to get an early start and you can get them planted up whatever the weather outside. Then when weather and time allows you can plant them out.
